Terms & Conditions

• Please could I politely ask that you do not bring children along to your appointment with you. This is for health and safety reasons and insurance purposes. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
• Please tell us if you can't make your appointment as soon as possible. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any changes to treatments or cancellations, to avoid a 50% charge. Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

• Wash hands prior to visit, sanitise on arrival
• No mobile phone usage in salon
• Mask provided to be worn at all times
• No toilet facilities
• Arrive on time, not early
• Contactless payment only
• No food or drinks
